Can't you come?

It can happen to anyone that the appointment may not be convenient for various reasons.

Please excuse yourself at least 48 hodin before the appointment.

If you do not apologise and do not attend the appointment, we will be forced to charge you a cancellation fee according to the price list, as we have reserved the appointment for you only and are unable to offer it to other patients, although we have waiting times of weeks or months for some procedures.

And even though we don't treat anyone during this time, the cost of dental work still has to be covered.
